She has worked in several practices since 2000, mainly in Emergency settings, which fostered her interest in Emergency Medicine. As a student in vet school, she was the Wild Life Ward Coordinator and learned much about wild life medicine that helps her to triage and treat wild life and she took classes to learn medicine for birds and some exotic pets.
