What to Expect at Animal Emergency Center Yorktown

We see walk-in patients only, so no appointment is necessary

Emergency rooms are different from day practices. Unfortunately, emergencies are not pre-planned, nor do they fit into an appointment schedule. While most patients are seen in the order of their arrival, patients with life-threatening/critical conditions must be treated upon arrival.

We cannot anticipate exactly when or how many patients will require immediate attention, which makes it difficult for us to accurately tell you how long the wait will be.

We appreciate your understanding and patience. Our staff is working hard to keep the wait to a minimum. All patients will receive our full attention, care, and compassion.
